Sky King Fireworks of West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a full-time, year-round Assistant Store Manager. We are looking for a customer service focused individual to provide an enjoyable shopping experience to all of our valued customers. This position will provide critical support to our Store Manager, by aiding in various areas of business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for opening and closing the business
Provide exemplary leadership and support in areas of sales and customer service
Build valuable relationships with customers to help grow and retain business
Maintain the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness and overall appearance of interior and exterior of the store.
Aid in employee training and staff oversight
Support and enforce all company policies procedures
Process sales/customer transactions utilizing a point of sale system
All other duties assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements:

1-2 years of supervisory/key holder experience
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in operating a forklift/use of pallet jack
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel/Word programs
Schedule of hours 40 hours per week- Must be available to primarily work weekends. Additional overtime hours are required for 4th of July holiday (June- July) and New Years holiday season (December).
Open availability to work- (including weekends & various holidays)
Must be available to work extended hours, including overtime hours, during the months of May, June, July & December
Ability to walk, stand and lift (up to 75lbs) for extended periods of time
